Don't try to start off fast.. Look at other avenues on how to sell your products... You can do this just like anyone else has!

I opened a small cafe in my garage a month ago. I invested $250 n reused furniture I already had from a previous business. This is just for extra income, to gain experience, and is a low risk investment. I know the place is not the best but neighbors are starting to come in more everyday. Sales are low but slowly improving per day. I am using store front products for now but with the recipes I could determine how much I spend on each drink, then I price it. The least profitable drink makes me 37% and the most up to 60%.

Don’t: no subscriptions, do not wholesale, do not buy ingredients from grocery stores Do: invest in great branding, have a marketing strategy, making sure you have a profit

1. Doing things in the wrong order. 2. Not costing out the menu. 3. Not having an experienced team. 4. Bad branding. 5. Too many items in your inventory. 6. Not being properly funded. 7. Not having the right equipment. 8. Not training employees. 9. Bad store design. 10. Bad location.
